Pet Friendly Carpet

Carpet and Luxury Vinyl

Waterproof carpet: it sounds like it’s too good to be true, doesn’t it? We can assure you, you’re not dreaming! While there once was a time when carpeting was something households with pets and children were advised to avoid, things have changed for the better. Nowadays, there are many, many brands and styles of pet-friendly carpets to choose from. Pet-friendly carpeting is available in all the colors, patterns, and textures that you love, but with additional features to make it compatible with your favorite four-legged friends. This carpeting is extremely durable, water-proof, and stain-resistant. Simply wipe stains away with a damp cloth- and go about your day!

Carpet brands: Lees, Tigressa H2O, Innovia

Another wonderful option for pet-friendly flooring is luxury vinyl tile, or LVT. We love LVT for its limitless possibilities. LVT is available in a universe of nature-inspired textures and patterns, including varieties that look and feel just like natural hardwood, genuine ceramic tile, or organic stone. Unlike these coveted materials, however, LVT is crafted with a durable, man-made composition designed to keep beauty in and pet-stains out. Many types even have a waterproof core, so pet accidents and odors cannot “sink in."

Luxury vinyl brands: Invincible H2O, Earthscapes, Verostone
